Trouble signing in

If you cannot get in and "forgotten password" does not help, write to us. A person answers.

Check these three first — they solve most cases:

• No email arriving? Look in your spam folder. The first message from a new site often lands there.
• Did you sign up with the Google or Apple button? Then the account has no password — it opens with that same button.
• The address may have been mistyped at sign-up. That one you cannot fix yourself — write to us about it.
