1. Who we are

InviteCards (the “Service”) is an online platform for creating digital invitations, available at invitecards.online. It is operated by InviteCards, Bulgaria, contact: [email protected].

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you create an account, set up an event and build a digital invitation for it. Invitations can be shown in several languages.

The Service is currently free and at an early stage. Some features may be incomplete, may change or may be withdrawn. There are no payments, no subscription, and no card details are collected.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• The details you provide at registration must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

4. What you must not do

• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use the Service for unsolicited messages or fraud.
• Attempt to access other people’s accounts or parts of the system not meant for you.
• Deliberately overload the Service with automated requests.

We may restrict or close an account that breaches this, with warning where that is possible.

5. Content

The text and images you upload remain yours. You grant us only the right to store and display them as far as is needed for your invitation to work.

The invitation designs, the code and the InviteCards brand are ours and may not be copied or altered without permission.

6. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and causes outside our control may interrupt it.

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Keep your own copy of anything important. We take backups but do not guarantee recovery of lost content.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law and language

Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.

These terms are translated into several languages for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian text prevails.
